After nearly 20 years of leading a community—and helping shape other people’s visions—I’ve stepped into a season that doesn’t move on a calendar. It moves in questions, conversations, and creative tension.

This Substack is where I’ll share what I’m learning as I live between chapters.
The things I used to rush past.
The questions I sit with now.
The work of translating who I’ve been into who I’m becoming.
